NATURE APPRECIATION

Assalamualaikum, people!

Do you ever think about what will happen to us if we do not appreciate our nature?
What will happen to our earth if we do not appreciate the nature?

So, today I would like to invite all of you to appreciate the nature before it's gone. Why we need to appreciate the nature? This is because nature can help us in reducing our stress. People! you can reduce your stress by looking at trees, mountain, and sea. So, do you think that we do not suppose to appreciate our nature? According to Haltiwanger (2011), nature helps us to reduce stress and strengthen our immune system by walking in nature. Nature is important people! So, let's appreciate.


Nature is beautiful.

Nature can make us feel calm and peace as they give us oxygen for us to breathe every day. Without nature, we will not have enough oxygen to survive. So, appreciate the nature before it's gone before you don't have an oxygen to survive. When there are a lot of trees that have been destroyed, people will not have enough oxygen to breathe. According to Knox (2014), "An experience in nature is super-important in making us mindful of who we are and where we are in the moment". So, nature can make people feel in peace.


Waterfall can make us feel calm and peace.

How you can appreciate the nature? You have to appreciate it by taking care of nature like how you take care of yourself. First of all, you cannot destroy the plant or trees that have at your surrounding because they are giving you oxygen to breathe.



So, people! Let's appreciate our nature for a better future
